We do residential new builds and specialize in high-end custom homes, but we typically will not do window replacements on an existing home unless commercial products were used.

Yes, we stock aluminum brake metal at 0.040 and 0.063 in clear or dark bronze anodized. We utilize our in-house Shear and Brake to cut and bend custom pieces for various applications.
